Many types of greek cheeses are manufactured in the pilot plant of Dairy Research Institute. Most of them are traditional cheeses of Protected Denomination of Origin (PDO) like Feta, Kefalograviera, Graviera, Galotyri etc. Dairy products such as yoghurt, butter and whey- and low fat cheese are also produced to cover the need of various research programs.
